Whilst every effort is made to provide accurate estimates for delivery times, Compass Marine is not liable for any delays in delivery that may occur as a result of our preferred courier partners scheduling.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please note that we have no control of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. We will do our utmost best to communicate with you if any delays are encountered.
We make use of The Courier Guy courier company, allowing us to deliver anywhere in South Africa. All shipments can be tracked from collection to delivery at https://thecourierguy.
